Matt Albert

Matt Albert joins Keystone Waterfront Development Group with a decade of overwater and upland marina development leadership, most recently as VP of Construction & Development overseeing projects in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina. A former independent marine construction consultant with multi-state experience (including Texas and Arizona) and 11 years in enterprise tech leadership (Digital Equipment, Compaq Canada), he focuses on vendor management, forecasting, business cases, insurance-claim consulting, acquisition evaluation, and full-lifecycle marina project delivery.
